Michael has been editor of Enzyme Digest, a newsletter for holistic health practitioners since 1992. A former nutrition consultant he is the proprietor of n16health.com a showcase for complementary therapists in a small north London community. Michael first wrote about Systemic Enzyme Therapy for Positive Health Magazine in 2001.  He also works as a freelance advertising copywriter specialising in the promotion of natural health products.
